Date: Saturday, 15th August 2026 Time: 10:00 PM – 01:00 AM AEST Expected Duration: Approximately 3 hours
A reminder of what you can expect during the maintenance window:
- aXcelerate will be offline for up to 3 hours - Any submitted requests will not be processed during the window - Learners, trainers and administrators will be unable to log in - Scheduled workflow tasks will process, but may encounter errors if source data is provided via API calls
Why this matters
This maintenance is part of our regular system maintenance schedule and allows for greater reliability and performance of the aXcelerate system. This maintenance has been scheduled out of hours to minimise disruptions.
