We have identified slower than expected performance from the production database which is affecting the aXcelerate application.
Last week, we increased our server number from 8, up to 14. We noticed a significant performance increase, however believe the slowness today is being caused by an unrelated issue. We will continue to work on resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
To aid with system performance, we ask that all of our users running AVETMISS or large Report Builder reports utilise our reporting server, which can be accessed at
