The outlying system performance issue identified on Monday, Feb 1, was resolved late on Monday afternoon.
We are still experiencing periods of intermittent system slowdown due to heavy Database loads. Our systems architecture team are monitoring performance in realtime, and have begun segregating our clients onto separate database instances in order to reduce the server load.
In the meantime, we urge users to begin AVETMISS error checking as early as possible this month, ahead of the 28th of February due date.
We also ask users to always run AVETMISS reports via the dedicated reports server found at reports.axcelerate.com.au. You will experience much faster load times for your reporting needs when utilising this server.

Identified
We have identified slower than expected performance from the production database which is affecting the aXcelerate application. Last week, we increased our server number from 8, up to 14. We noticed a significant performance increase, however believe the slowness today is being caused by an unrelated issue. We will continue to work on resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
To aid with system performance, we ask that all of our users running AVETMISS or large Report Builder reports utilise our reporting server, which can be accessed at https://reports.axcelerate.com.au/
