Update - We have been notified that the TCSI System is also down. Both of these errors are coming from their respective Government Departments, and we recommend contacting them for an ETA on a resolution.

Update - Our reporting database has now been upgraded. We will be keeping our staging server offline until the overnight report job has been completed tomorrow morning

Scheduled - We will be undertaking server upgrades over the next few hours. Our staging environment will be offline until roughly 8:30 pm AEST. Warehoused reporting will not be available until tomorrow morning.

Investigating - The automated job that allows our warehoused reporting system to operate has hit a snag overnight whilst aggregating the data. We have fixed the issue and resumed the job, this will take time to run and we expect the warehoused reports will not be available until later today.

Identified - The QR Code Generator which is operated by a Third-Party service is currently offline. We are waiting for their servers to come back online. Until such time, if you need to issue certificates, please either remove the QR Code from the Certificate Template or use a template that does not contain a QR Code.
